Tiny helper module: Publish as Hidden

Adds new button on edit page if page unpublished. Button saves page and sets flags to hidden and published.

It's the small, convenient things like this makes me love the processwire community even more. I tend to create some placeholder pages while developing, so this will save me a lot of clicks. Thanks!

Should work now. wasn't saving pages properly, but now fixed.
