"You don't have permission to access /admin/setup/field/save on this server."

Hi,

I've created an Options field and it keeps crashing by saving. I get the following message: "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /admin/setup/field/save on this server." I activated the debug mode in the config file, but I don't see any error message.

The options are from 1 to 20, with a standard value of 20. It's a "select (single value)". Nothing fancy otherwise.

Has anyone encountered this before?

What's the HTTP code returned with this error? I guess the error message is from Apache and not from ProcessWire?

From Apache you think? Could be, I've had troubles with the host in the past while. 

I'll test it on another server and see if the problem persists.

lenoir if you're still around, did you ever find out what caused this? I've got two fields that are giving me the same error, but many others that do not.

@creativejay, my guess is that this is caused by mod_security. Try disabling mod_security (or ask your host to disable it) and see if that resolves it.
