Because the form is too long to fit the viewport, so the browser shows the scrollbar? Do you see something else?

Not sure what you mean by "Do you see something else?".  So you're saying it is the browser causing it and not formbuilder and I'm SOL.

Yeah, this is the normal behavior. It's like any other page.
Unless FormBuilder supports paginated forms, all fields will be listed vertically like this which will give you a very long page. And the browser will have no choice but to show the scrollbar.

When you hit refresh (f5) it really has a overflow-y bar on the form (1 here) for some milliseconds.

Do you mean that one or the normal bar (2)?

Why does it even have a scroll bar?

Because you're using option A. Try other option (B,C) which is not using iframe

Maxf5 - I mean the #1 scrollbar in your graphic.  The form scrollbar, not the webpage scrollbar.

Monchu - I found Options A, B, and C in the FormBuilder.  I bet you are right but I can only enter "content" and would have to get the web host programmer to do Options B or C and it looks like he would have to do this every time I created a form since it requires the form name in the settings. Thanks.
