linebreak in textarea

Hello,

I have a template with two textarea fields.

The strange thing is, that in the first textarea I have to set explicitely br tags to get line breaks.

But the same thing in the second textarea just displays the br tag instead of executing a line break.

What's wrong here?

Check for "Strip Tags" option on the Input tab in your field.

upd: sorry, I'm wrong here, strip tags will remove BR completely.

It is looks like you choose HTML Entity Encoder in Text Formatters and it replace 

<br> 

with 

<br>
