In a fresh install of PW, I'm getting this behavior a repeated section of the templates admin section.

Never seen anything like that. Have you tried reinstalling? Also transfer files again (or better, unarchive on server) before installing.

Yes, I delete all files and transfered again, reinstall and no luck.

If you can PM me login credentials, I can take a look. Login page seems to be normal at least.

It might help if you could post the HTML source of the this page (in an attached txt file) so we can see what divs are being produced to make this.

Revised by Apeisa, we assume this issue is caused by cheap hosting provider.
