@diogo: Fixed them. Thanks!

Nice idea. I first thought you would take the pictures by yourself - than I read your post here

That's... one of the best sites made with PW I've seen so far! I really love this idea to go from "blue print" to he finished house!

Hey, I finally had the chance to use PW for a german shop. And let me tell you setting up an online shop under german law is the worst. For example there are different taxes for different products (7% on book and stuff 19% on everything else). And you have to apply this tax even on shipping costs (like shipping costs tax for books 7% ...). And you need to have checkbox you have to check that you "read and understood the "general business terms". And your bux button has to say "buy" not "complete checkout". It has to be "buy" (or something similar). So I had to do some core hacking of the shop module. but it works now. Take a look: www.oliver-mark.com/shop/ -- Nico

@adam That's my way, too

I got like 12000. My computer science teacher fell in love with the game so we made or own clone with Python in class

Well, building the first website with it is always a great way to get to know processwire. And step-by-step you'll continue discovering more features

Well that's not in my hands I guess. Probably it would be smart to curate the language pack section so the classname could be adjusted if it's not in the language. Another thing I noticed while making this is that for example the vietnamese language says "vietnamese language pack" instead of only "vietnamese".

@pwired: I think white is the right choice because it's a doctor's website. So it has to be "sterile"

Ah okay - I used PageListSelect. :/

Clean and clear - I like it

Hey, it would be nice if the only show if thing would work with FieldtypePage without saving like with every other fieldtype. At the moment you have to save the changes first before fields appear / disappear. / Nico

Got it - thanks to this lovely site: http://www.flamingruby.com/blog/using-hooks-to-alter-default-behavior-of-processwire/

Hey, is it possible to define a variable like "$fancyStuff" which works like $config or $page on every page via an autoload-module? Or is it possible to extend $config by $config->fancyStuff? / Nico

A great thing would be a processwire subpage in the style of github gists to save helpful code snippets (simple gallery navigation, reset admin password, ...)
-
Another way to get the homepage url ("root url") is: <?php echo $config->urls->root; ?>

Yeah, I saw it yesterday. They upgraded to 4.0.2. --- Another thing: It would be nice if you could change the language (in backend) for all of the roles in one click.

You're very welcome I just thought it's a really helpful module and had some spare time

No probably you don't need an app. It was just thing I liked about Tumblr and Processwire

Hey, I guess we all used another CMS before switching to ProcessWire. And I guess everyone probably liked some bigger or smaller features of their old CMS. To close this gap or to replace this loss as good as possible it would be nice to collect a list of this features here. Probably there are things that can't be realized with ProcessWire the way you liked it in your other CMS. But always remember: Impossible is Nothing. #processwire My personal list is/was: Textpattern: - how to install a language (but I fixed that today https://processwire.com/talk/topic/6154-changes-in-how-to-add-a-language/#entry60210) WordPress: - it has a app (Tumblr got one, too) - preview function - switch themes (and the new browsing themes stuff: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/wordpress-themes-experience.png) (and live preview of themes) - theme / admin settings (page title, subtitle) in a special place - shortlinks - automatic updates Ghost: - splitscreen markdown editor Tumblr: - Video/Media player --- What are your favorite features? / Nico

So I spent the last couple of hours in creating a module which imitates the Textpattern thing. Take a look. LanguageInstantInstall.module (You have to go to Setup -> Languages and add a new language). It's not completely finished (a function to update, etc. will follow) but it does what it has to do What do you think? / nico
