joshuag Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 New Processwire Website. Built with HTML KickStart. http://www.carscallen.com Feedback welcome. 15
adrian Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Nice - I really like the look with the rockies photos and the geometric patterns! 1
joshuag Posted February 21, 2014 Author Posted February 21, 2014 I LOVE processwire. No joke. This site would have been a shit show with anything but. Thanks so much for PW.
kongondo Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Nice one..! Only issue for me is that it could be somewhat "tiring" [can't get a better, more subtle word] to navigate after some time since one needs to scroll down to view the content....which just peeks at the bottom of the screen... Uh, missing image [carcallen-values.jpg] here: http://www.carscallen.com/firm/core-values/ 1
renobird Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 This looks great! Nice work. Only suggestion would be a retina version of the logo. 1
DaveP Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 Very nice. Corporate-looking without being too obvious (if that makes any sense). And a great example of a site built on a CSS framework that doesn't look like it is.
SiNNuT Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 Nice site. One comment; the logo doesn't really scale nicely upon resizing the screen and on bigger resolutions some artifacts appear. For example when viewing on 1920x1080 Win7 Firefox 27.0.1, it's not really crisp, and some artifacts beneath some of the letters: Google Chrome and IE do a better job, but still not great. 1
adrian Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 Agreed - the logo doesn't look great for me either. An SVG version with PNG fallback would be nice. You might even make use of my rasterizer module for generating the PNGs on demand at the size needed
