hansdesmedt
I am using this module: http://modules.processwire.com/modules/fieldtype-crop-image/ I am using different roles in my site: - guest - superuser - editor as superuser I can click on the "thumbnail" link to change the crop size and position, as editor I get this error: http://cl.ly/image/31073a02451y I already changed the permissions of this role, but this does not make any difference. How can I make editors also can change the crop of the image?
adrian
It sounds like you have given the editor edit permissions, but you might need to check the Access tab for the template in question to make sure that role has editing permission.
hansdesmedt
I did that: http://cl.ly/image/1R1f1R2b433t http://cl.ly/image/1Q2Y393x2s3R This image-field is in a repeater maybe this has something to do with it?
hansdesmedt
I tested it, it's because it's in a repeater... somebody knows how to solve this? Give repeater template access somewhere?
kongondo
Yes...repeaters, behind the scenes have their own templates You have to enable "show system templates" under : admin/setup/templates filters. Select radio button "Yes" to show system templates (you can disable this later). Then, under admin/setup/templates system, you will see your specific repeater template named "repeater_nameofyourrepeater" - you know what to do from here... apeisa
Hmm - I think it would be much better, if no repeater template settings would be involved? If someone has time to check what it would require to support repeaters without access stuff, please send pr.
