Image upload problem - Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token

Hi. i can not upload any image to pages. No error in error log. There is "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <" error in Js.
 

i searched all forum, but no result for my problem

i check it in localhost. there is no problem in local. but its not working on shared hosting. there are too many configuration commands in hosting's phpinfo:

memory limit is 128 M in localhost and shared hosting. i think there is no problem in memory limit.
