Please can you let me know the renewal cost for the Pro modules. Is it a percentage?

I could only see the up-front price in cart and checkout.

Interesting that those prices aren't listed! Here are a few data points for you; perhaps others can flesh this out with more, or maybe @ryan will post them officially! 😉

  • $39 -- ProFields
  • $39 -- ListerPro (dev)
  • $39 -- ProDevTools
  • $35 -- FormBuilder (single)
  • $14 -- "Likes" (single)

Thanks @zoeck - that page does show:

Renewal Terms
$39/year
 
But then (presumably because it's expired), when I click on "Upgrade", it says "ProDevTools (Agency) $170 upgrade charge (the difference in price). Optional $89/year yearly renewal of support and upgrades after first year."
 
I don't think upgrade is the right option, but there are no other buttons/links on that first page that actually work - the others are links to the forum thread which I no longer have access to.
 
I can get to a page that says: "1 x Renew: ProDevTools" but this invoice has expired so I can't pay. I guess if you don't renew before your original subscription expires, you can't get it for the renewal price. I don't know if that's intentional or a limit of the forum store?

Just like the renewal invoices are automatically generated, they also automatically expire after awhile. However, this doesn't mean that you can no longer renew, just that the system automatically expired it after a period of time. If you find this to be the case, just send a PM to "ryan" in the forums, or fill out the Contact form and let me know what product you want to renew. I can refresh the expired renewal invoice so that it'll start anew from today. It's simple to do, and we do it all the time.

My support/renewal expired two years ago, can I still renew, or do I have to purchase a new copy?
You can still renew, it doesn't matter how much time has passed. Just contact Ryan (see previous paragraph) and we can refresh it here very easily. Your renewal starts from the date you renew, regardless of how much time has passed.

You just have to contact ryan 😉

Thanks @zoeck - seems like the documentation for all this is spread all over the place which I don't think is helping Ryan get renewals. Honesty I would probably have renewed more often if I'd known about the cheaper price.
