I'm not really sure what you're asking. The above DIV- and SPAN-soup is certainly not a product of the official CKEditor plugin. CKE uses regular, semantic table, th, tr, td etc. tags. And with semantic tags, you don't need any ARIA or schema.org stuff. Where's that code-block from?
