User thrown out of admin interface

Hello!

I'm quite new to Processwire. Currently I'm selling my first Processwire based site to a customer. She is thrown out of the admin interface often. The session logs,which are attached, are showing that her IP changes to 0.0.0.0 periodically. She is using Mac OS X Lion with the bundled Safari. How can I work out the issue?

Hi @laufi and welcome to PW.

I think you'll be able to fix the problem by modifying the sessionFingerprint setting:

This will show you the options, but remember that you shouldn't modify anything in the wire folder, so adding the option to your site/config.php file.

0 or false will definitely work, but you may want to try another option if suitable.
