Beluga
@formulate: I try to keep my menus really simple, preferably no hamburger icons.. Here is a more complex setup I used: CSS-only responsive multi-level menu.
ukyo
After several years use Twitter Bootstrap changed my front-end framework. What i tried : - Materializecss - Google Web Starter Kit - Foundation - Yahoo Purecss - Some other frameworks and some of other twitter bootstrap things I found Uikit, it's has simple and effective solutions. Many time you don't need extra js libraries and design is clean (this is important for me).
Pierre-Luc
You'll probably like the Bourbon family, on SCSS. http://bourbon.io -- Mixins http://neat.bourbon.io -- Semantic grid http://bitters.bourbon.io -- Bootstraping styles On bigger/more complex projects, have a look at the Susy SCSS layout framework, mixed with Bourbon and Bitters. http://susy.oddbird.net uikit and the like are nice, but I think there is too much overhead when modifying them.
Gazley
Hi @Pierre-Luc Despite using Foundation, I have never used its grid - I've always used Susy in version 1 and latest projects in Susy 2. Never used the Bourbon stuff before, look very cool! Cheers
Christophe
Lost (http://corysimmons.github.io/lost/), the successor of Jeet, has already been mentioned in the Forums. But does anyone here already know Singularity (http://singularity.gs/)?
