Find a module developer

I've an idea for a module and wondering what the best way forward is. Are the options basically as follows:

- draw up wireframes and approach developers privately for costs

- post the wireframes publicly in case it's of interest to a module developer

- send wireframes to Ryan and see if it's on the roadmap

Any advice? I'm just considering it right now.

Well, you'll need the wireframes for each of your options so I'd suggest you prepare them then contact Ryan to see if its on his roadmap. If not, the ball is still in your court as to how to proceed.

I would add that you might want to indicate whether it's enough to solve the problem (and then state the problem) or if the wireframes must be followed to the letter (and why). A friend proposed an ingenious idea while I was halfway through a module of my own and I wished I had only stated the problem to him earlier.
