Wow, thank you for posting this.

I have only watched about half of this so far, but wanted to pause to say that already this presentation is one of the best I have ever seen on the real experiences of the business of being a developer/designer.

The part I relate to most (so far) is the "Client Goes Rogue" (~13:00).
