problem in CSS and hosting

My site has an issue with the hosting as I can't find the options to put pictures on my display. I have to re-invent the CSS wheel but I prefer to adapt parts of it in my site. Should I look reset the HTML coding or is it something to do with the plugins?

Was it generated with an Ipsum creator, I wonder? As it does not even make any sense.
