Loading Problems on my PW Sites

Hello, 
i dont know what happendet. 
But my PW Websites need sometimes 20 - 30 Seconds to load ? 

I cant find the reason why. 
If the site is loaded the first time then all seems to be OK. But the first visit is an torture.

I just tried your site and it loaded very quickly it didn't seem slow at all.
