Sepate columns on page edit screen

Hi. I'm playing with the layout in admin and want to get the same columns as on the screenshot, but can't figure out how. For sure that is something obvious that I miss.

Fieldset (open) (a field) and the Minimal Fieldset module is what I use for things like this.

afaik, Admin on Steroids can do that too.
