CKEditor autocomplete/mentions/suggestions

It would be great if a PW module or tutorial for CKEditor autocomplete/mentions/suggestions will be available in the future. That is, something as what works in the "body" inputfield for posting on this forum by typing the '@' char and selecting the user in the showed list e.g. @ryan. At the moment nothing is available, even if one want to pay for it.

Are there any plans to add such a feature?
