I’ve got a site that’s hosted in a shared environment. When I try to use ProcessWire’s caching, content changes in the admin are not reflected on the front-end. Turning off cache, resolves it immediately.

So my question is if there’s anything I can do to get ProcessWire’s caching working in my case. None of the cache options (page-level, site level, etc. ) work in my case.
