Set 404 manually

In 2.0 I think we had a field in Templates "What to do when the user has no access" and then the option to throw 404 or login.

I can't find this in 2.1 anymore. Any light on the reason for that?

I'm having this 2.1 site that show the parent page if a page is not found, I'm assuming there's a standard flow for this.

Any ideas?

It should be there. I'm not near computer now, but it might require that you set manage access true.

That's correct, the template has to manage access to control what it's behavior will be here. Otherwise, it'll inherit the behavior from what parent is defining access.
