Doug G
I was getting ready to experiment with the skyscrapers2 demo, but there doesn't seem to be a site profile like with the original skyscrapers. Did I miss finding the profile, or is it just not implemented (yet) for skyscrapers2?
Zeka
Hi @Doug G I'm not sure, but it looks like that you can use old Skysrapers profile, but after installation you have to replace template files from this repo https://github.com/ryancramerdesign/skyscrapers2 and maybe make some changes according to instructions in repo
Doug G
I'm not sure, but it looks like that you can use old Skysrapers profile, but after installation you have to replace template files Thanks, I can probably try that over the weekend. I already have downloaded the v2 files from github.
adrianmak
I'm learning the new namespace of pw3. i found that some of the files under includes folder of skyscrapper2 files has namespace declared but some don't. i dont quit understanding when do declare namespace when don't
LostKobrakai
ProcessWire's compiler will add the ProcessWire namespace for it's core classes if the template file does not have a namespace. This ensures backwards compatibility of template files. If you don't know how namespaces work I'd suggest looking elsewhere (e.g. http://php.net/manual/en/language.namespaces.php), as the processwire compiler will make things work even though the template files might be technically incorrect before compilation.
