They do not allow to send messages to our customers and interfere with our work for our business. Of course our server never sent SPAM (and it is not SMTP relay too) But our SMTP server is blocked since January by http://www.dnsblchile.org]http://www.dnsblchile.org (137.240.69.158.dnsblchile.org) http://spamgrouper.to/]http://spamgrouper.to/ (137.240.69.158.netblockbl.spamgrouper.to) We can not send emails to some customers.We contacted this 2 DNSBL by email We have do delist request but we received only Answers copy-paste without delving into the essence of the problem at allMany times we sent a request to the site to unlock, there is no result Here it is: http://multirbl.valli.org/dnsbl-lookup/158.69.240.137.html What can we do to delist us if email do not work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There seem to be answers to this sort of question already available. You might also try asking in DNSBL related forums or perhaps in DNSBL IRC channels (if there are any) or even on ServerFault.
