I'm getting a "Login Failed" error message after migrating from a VPS to a shared server.

This is my first PW site. Could this be a file permissions problem?

Nevermind! I deleted everything and started from scratch and it is working now.

I'm coming in very late with a reply here, but when migrating it's always worth deleting the contents of the site/cache folder just in case anything got cached that could be causing interference in some way.

An easy way to do this is to go into your admin (either before or after migration), click "Modules" and locate the "Page Render" module (under the "Page" headline). Click it to view it's settings page. It'll tell you how many files are in the cache and give you a checkbox to clear it.
