fenton Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Hi there, can anyone of you recommend a Swiss web hosting / domain provider for Processwire sites? it's only for one small(ish) portfolio site, so something on the cheaper end of the spectrum would be ideal thanks & cheers, j
Philipp Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 It might be not on the cheaper end, but I'm hosting most of my ProcessWire sites at Metanet. They only have this single hosting plan: http://www.metanet.ch/hosting/webhosting 1
fenton Posted August 28, 2014 Author Posted August 28, 2014 thanks Philipp, looks good, will check it out in detail
hdesigns Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 I'm a big supporter of cyon.ch They have a top notch customer service, are located in Basel and know what they are doing! 2
fenton Posted August 28, 2014 Author Posted August 28, 2014 great, thanks, hdesigns! will check them out
Wanze Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 I can also suggest you cyon.ch. Hosting several sites there - the control panel and support is awesome! 1
flydev Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 I can also suggest you cyon.ch. Hosting several sites there - the control panel and support is awesome! Bumping an old topic but I have the exact same question. Their control panel can be set to english ?
diogo Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Try hostpoint.ch. i have two different clients there and I'm happy with them. The control panel is maybe the best I've worked in and can be set to english. What I like the most, is that I can have a free account from where I manage my clients accounts. They don't need to give their credentials, they simply have to create their accounts and give access to mine. There's also a free 30 days free trial period that is handy to quickly start the project without involving any payment from the client. You can also use them to try it yourself.
flydev Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 The possibility to manage clients without their credentials is very exciting. I will give a try today. thanks @diogo
