enabling a role to add new users

Hi all

I am to give a role permission to add and edit user entries. Just clicking the checkbox does not do the trick. It say I would need to set permission to the admin template, but somehow I don't find that. 

If this question is stupid then I'm sorry!

To look at the System templates

Then make your choice

I've now given permissions in the admin them for the role manager, but I still can't see, add or edit any users.

OK got it

had to edit the template users as well. 

Works now fine.
