Front End register/login/profile module?

Hi, i would like to create register / login form on my page for users to register.
So if they are registered and logged in they could have an access to quiz form's on the page.

Is there any module that could help me with this ?

I spent awhile trying to create something like this via a sign in form which then created a profile etc... but I'd put money on it the module does a better job than I could have done! Can't wait to give it a spin
