Children List Navigation

Hi there, does anyone know a module or tutorial about how to create an navigation of a children page list.

Example:
a listing page has 100 children (blog posts or similar)
the listing page should list the children
Each listing result page should show 10

Navigation like this:

<<PREV  1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 >>NEXT

I think this is a common thing, but i couldnt find a ready to use solution (maybe i just don't know the right name of it)
