Best/preferable license type for ProcessWire modules?

What is the preferable license type for custom processor modules?
MIT, MPL 2.0 or GPL?

There doesn't seem to be many differences between these license types. ProcessWire itself is licensed under MPL 2.0. Some modules use MIT and some MPL or GPL.

Which license type do you suggest for modules?
