Error importing mysql database

I upgraded from wampserver 2.5 to 3.0.6 today, so when I imported my processwire database with phpmyadmin, I got this error.

#1062 - Duplicate entry 'Modules.wire/modules/' for key 'PRIMARY'

 

Does this mean I have something wrong with my database or can I continue using it?

That's an entry from the "caches" DB table so you can either empty that table, or ignore if the error didn't prevent the other tables from importing.
