Sites Running ProcessWire - How update information?

I have a site that is included in the "Sites Running ProcessWire" section of the PW site. How do I go about updating information on an existing entry?

Naturally, I would assume that a check is done to see if an entry exists that matches the one that's being submitted, but confirmation is needed on that... Not sure who handles it, actually.
