Inputfield dependency for page won't get right

I have these fields: availability, date_sold, price_sold.

availability is a page field. The parent page of the selectable pages is also called availability.

date_sold and price_sold are both set to Visibility: Open, with Show This Field Only If set to availability.title=sold, charter=0 (charter is a checkbox).

The charter inputfield dependency works, but not the availability. I've tried availability=sold and availability.name=sold as well. Am I missing something?
