add 'modified date' in the export field page

Hello,

It would be convenient if on the setup/field/export/ page we would have a column with the modified date of the field. It would be easier to know which field has to be exported when synchronizing different environnement. this column is actualy already present in the setup/template/export/ page.

Another goodie to top it all would be to be able to sort by modified date the table with the fields or templates to be exported cause when they are a lot of them it can become tricky.

This might be possible if the modified date on fields would actually be saved by processwire, which it isn't. I've been wondering about this, too. I'm not sure why this is the case. Seems odd at least.

It explains why. But I agree it is a bit odd.
