I noticed that google does almost perfect job of translating from Czech to Slovak language since they are so similar. 

If the translation could be somehow automated, it would save plenty of time ... I would try it if I knew how...

Czech localization pack seems much more extended so it makes sense to base on it

I no longer maintain the Slovak translation for ProcessWire. It is a Github repository, so you can easily clone it, update it and post a link to your updated version here.
