Multi site question

Is it possible to have a multi site install so that all websites use the same templates and fields, but different content and pages?

But each login sees their own website/list of pages and can not delete templates or fields?

To have different access on the same templates can be done by the dynamic-roles module, but you can either give users edit access to fields/templates or not.
