Christian
I created a custom menu on admin and put superuser as the only one who can access the page. When I login on other roles the menu is still visible but it can't be edited. Is there any way to hide a menu on per role basis?
LostKobrakai
This should be the way to go. If a page is not visible, it won't pop up in the menu. http://modules.processwire.com/modules/custom-page-roles/ Edit: Just scrolled a bit further in the description, maybe it doesn't work, looking at the ceavats. Never used the module.
Roope
You can build your custom admin pages very easily with Process Module and attach required permission to it. Only users with role where this permission is enabled (along with superusers) will see the admin page. Here's Ryans example to get you started: http://modules.processwire.com/modules/process-hello/
