apeisa Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 Currently only way is to remove stuff (through API or manually through admin). Pages first, then templates and finally fields. After that cleaning you could create blank site profile (and maybe share with others?) with Profile Exporter: http://processwire.com/talk/index.php/topic,583.0.html After that you can use your blank state profile to create new projects.
