Modules for emailing users

I've been using Admin actions which has an Email batcher function for sending emails to users in the system. But now I've had to add another email field to each user and would like to be able to send emails to that address too. Before looking at the extending the email batcher, are there any other modules that exist for sending communications to registered users?
