Main Admin Modules pages are blank since upgrade to 3.0.255?

Since I upgraded to ProcessWire master 3.0.255 (from 3.0.246) any main Admin Modules page now shows a blank page and gives me an error like this via dev tools console:

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).WireTabs is not a function

Any thoughts as to why this might be occurring?
