Show full filename in repeater item headers

Hi,

strange that i never thought about it before,- now a client asked for it: Is there a setting to allow showing the full file name in Repeater Item headers (and not only on hover)? Cannot find any and not sure where to dig.

"Truncation" and such,- i missed to use those terms. Probably therefore i got no results while searching the forum...
