TemplateEngineFactory Processwire native engine, yield/block tag

I understand that the native Processwire engine provided by TemplateEngineFactory is functional to other engines. Nonetheless I find interesting the idea of separating layout and logic, even with php files. 

The question is: is there a 'yield/block' tag available in this specific engine? Something to use with a layout.php file?
