how to grab fields on the front end

Hello there, I'm completely new to both wordpress and process wire and I wonder how do I get values of these fields on the front end? Specifically the button url and text

Unfortunately some info is missing here ? 
From the screenshot it is not possible to see exactly which fields you are using (and the names of the fields).

The template settings are important here, not the page ?

Please forgive my ignorance, but I don't even know what I'm looking for, I've looked at the link, three times now, watched this video too, the only repeater is image, if there are many, but there is just one. I grab other fields just fine, I wanted to add button to header
