How to update PHP to version 8.0

One.com updated PHP for my website built in Processwire from version 7.4 to 8.0. How can I update my CMS (and all plugins and themes) to this latest version?

I have to do this before 28 November 2022, when One.com will permanently remove PHP 7.4 from their servers.
