Is it possible to load content (not a page) in panel within a module [SOLVED]

Hello

I have created a module which contains a MarkupAdminDataTable with a lot of entries of statistic data in the module configuration. Inside this table I have added a "View details" button to each table row (entry). By clicking this button I want to show some log file information about this entry inside the panel.

This information will come from a php file, not from an admin page. Therefore I cannot load the content via href attribute.

Is it possible to load content inside this panel without creating an admin page and how?
