There is the title and all right, there is the subtitle (headline) ... but the summery what is it for? To google? Does it completely correspond to the few lines of description under the title in the google search pages?

Quite the opposite. Any and every field, whether generated by the profile you chose in install, or afterwards can do or be whatever you want. It's a mind shift... That's the beauty of ProcessWire.
