PageField – return all pages under 'Home', including children

Apologies if this has been asked before but I cannot find an answer.

I'm using the PageField and want the returned pages to be all the pages under Home (including any children) but ignoring any hidden/admin pages etc.

Any thoughts?

I found this too but I don't want 'Add page' etc etc. I just want the pages from Home that I have added (including children).
