CKEditor in Textarea field

I need the CKEditor in an Textarea field. Is it possible to attach the CKEditor to a field, perhaps by specifying it in the template, or in another way?

On the details tab of the field, look at Inputfield Type option, you should be able to switch between textarea / CKEditor.
