Soma Posted April 13, 2012 Share Posted April 13, 2012 I create a new role "media" that has only "view" access permission. I create a new user "media" , and when on the profile page the new "media" role doesn't show up in the role list. I add "edit" permission to the "media" role. It suddenly appears in the role list so I can add it to the user. After removing the "edit" permission again from the media role, it stays there. ryan Posted April 13, 2012 Share Posted April 13, 2012 I just tried to duplicate but couldn't get that behavior unless I left the role unpublished. An unpublished role isn't meant to show up as an option. When you created the 'media' role, did you click the publish button? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
