form with upload and send with email

Hi,

can i build a form with an upload field right in processwire? I would upload files and then send it through email?

A progress bar that shows how long the upload take would be nice. Something like this with email support:

Has someone done this before? Or can i achieve this with the commercial form builder?

Or should i use a framework for that like angularjs?
