purwa Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Hi All, for some reason I cannot change any content in admin/backend when using google chrome, at first I thought it was the server, but when I tried in firefox everything seems normal. Clearing the cache and everything but no luck. Anyone have the same issue? any suggestion/solutions? I'm using soma's "teflon" admin template btw. cheers.
k07n Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Try the default theme on Chrome, if it is ok, then issues in template. Check if jscripts are allowed on Chrome. Maybe noscripts plugin is installed? I have all variations of Chrome (chrome, canary and chromium) and it is ok in all off them.
Wanze Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Which version of Pw and Chrome and Teflon? I'm using latest chrome on mac os x with the teflon v.2 theme and Pw dev - works great.

Thanks Wanze, I just checked my teflon version, its @version 1.0.3. it seems I need to download a newer version. btw I'm using Version 31.0.1650.57 on OSX Lion and PW 2.3.0, *edit: where I can get teflon v. 2? on the github page it still @version 1.0.3 */ Edited November 15, 2013 by purwa
Wanze Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Sorry, I meant that I'm using the second (newer) version of it. I thought it was called version 2, but I think that's not true The version I'm using is on the dev branch: https://github.com/somatonic/teflon-admin-theme-pw2/tree/dev It's a bit different than the one on the master version, but I think both themes should work on the stable 2.3.0 of Pw. I'll do a quick test here locally. Btw are you seeing any javascript errors in your console? Or files that are not loaded properly?
purwa Posted November 15, 2013 Author Posted November 15, 2013 Hi Wanze, I only got this warning: event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead
Wanze Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Did you try a fresh install of the theme? It's working fine here, on OS X Mavericks and Chrome vs. 30.0.1599.101 Good Luck!
purwa Posted November 15, 2013 Author Posted November 15, 2013 It working fine when using default theme. I'll try with re-installing the teflon. cheers!
